• All returns must be received within 14 days after the date you received your items
• No returns will be accepted after 14 days
• Please contact us before you return the item(s) and receive authorization from us
• If you return the goods without authorization from us, we may refuse the package(s) you sent
• Returned goods must be new, in their original packaging. Chips should be in their unopened shrink wraps
• Please use a trackable shipping service (i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed Ex) with delivery confirmation
• There is no refund for the shipping charge
• There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns
